ואפילו במקום מדרון נמי התינח היכא דליכא ראיה אבל היכא דאיכא ראיה ניתי ראיה ונפטר דתניא איסי בן יהודה אומר (שמות כב, ט) אין רואה שבועת ה' תהיה בין שניהם הא יש רואה יביא ראיה ויפטר
